You can find us in the heart of the Village of Lancaster, NY! Stop in, say hi, try on a few things, and let us help you find something you absolutely need… even if you came in “just to look.” 😂
👗 What sizes do you carry?
We carry a variety of sizes, with most styles ranging from Small–3XL, depending on the item. Every brand fits a little differently, so always check the product description for fit details—or reach out to us! We’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
📏 How do I know what size to order?
We know sizing can be a little wild. A medium in one brand can apparently decide it’s a small in another. 🙃

📦 Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship your Juls & Jane goodies so you can shop with us from wherever you are. Shipping details and available options will be shown at checkout.
🛒 Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Absolutely! Choose local pickup at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for you to pick up at the boutique. Easy peasy!
🔄 What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Our return policy can vary by item and promotion, so please review our full return policy before purchasing.
Please note: Sale, clearance, and specially marked items may be final sale. If it says final sale… it means we really, really mean it. 😉
🎁 Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Because sometimes the best gift is letting someone pick out their own fabulous outfit. 🎉

😭 Something I wanted sold out! Will you restock it?
Maybe! Some items can be restocked, while others are gone for good. If there’s something you absolutely love, send us a message and we’ll do our best to let you know if a restock is possible.
